  • Premium subscription services: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
  • One-time consultation fees: Refund available within 7 days if service was not delivered
  • Annual memberships: Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of purchase
  • Digital resources and guides: Refund within 7 days if content was not accessed
  • Workshop registrations: Full refund up to 48 hours before scheduled start time

  • Digital Wallets (PayPal, GPay): 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days depending on your bank
  • UPI Payments: 2-4 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
Important: Processing times may vary during bank holidays or weekends. We'll notify you once the refund has been initiated from our end.

4 Non-Refundable Items

While we strive to accommodate refund requests, certain items and services are not eligible for refunds due to their nature or usage.

  • Completed consultation sessions that have already taken place
  • Downloaded digital content that has been accessed or used
  • Custom budget plans that have been delivered and personalized
  • Services used for more than 30 days
  • Discounted or promotional pricing purchases (subject to specific terms)
  • Third-party services integrated with our platform

We understand that unique situations may arise. In cases of technical issues, service disruptions, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds outside of our standard policy.

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased services
